Hi everybody! Sorry I won't be at the reunion, but I've enjoyed reading everyone's bios. Here's the bio....graduated from AU in mechnical engineering and have been working in the nuclear power industry ever since. Still married to the same lovely Tricia Casey of Florence for 25 years. Two daughters, Casey is a senior at the Univeristy of Maryland Baltimore and Tori is a sophomore in high school. After living in Vidalia, GA, Atlanta, Birmingham and Jackson, MS, we moved to MA in 1999 when my company (Entergy) bought the Pilgrim Nuclear Plant in Plymouth. We are full fledged Yankees now, but Red Sox fans! I'm currently the Director of Nuclear Safety at the plant with responsibility for licensing, environmental affairs, quality assurance, security (lots of fun post 9/11), emergency planning and other miscellaneous stuff. I still have all my hair, but I've officially become an "old gray beard" and the old football muscles seemed to have settled more around my waist. I'm playing rhythm guitar in a little band and I'm still trying to break 80 on the golf course. Life is good. Call if you're in the Boston area and have a great time at the reunion!
2012 update
In August 2011, I was named Vice President of Nuclear Oversight for Entergy Corporation. I’m responsible for “quality assurance” and “employee concerns” type stuff for the corporate office and ten nuclear plants scattered across the country. Tricia (my beautiful wife of 30 years) and I recently completed the move from the Boston area to Madison, Mississippi (just north of Jackson). After 13 years in New England, moving back south is a bit of a shock, but it’s nice to be closer to family. Our older daughter, Casey, just finished her Masters in Applied Behavioral Analysis at Northeastern University and will be moving to the Baltimore, MD area soon. Our younger daughter, Tori, will graduate from Clemson University in December 2012 and is looking at grad school programs in the south in the field of public health and epidemiology. In general, life is good, photo
