Timothy Bryan Biggart June 25, 1958-September. 13, 2022
TIM was in NJROTC at HHS where he met and dated his future wife, Elaine Bath. After graduation he joined the Army. Eventually he earned a PHD in accounting and taught at Berry College in Rome, GA. He and Elaine have a daughter, Sarah. Tim was an avid Civil War and World War II history buff.

Tim wrote numerous publications and articles, and gave numerous presentations. He testified before the Subcommittee on Oversight, House Ways & Means Committee in 2000.
Tim appears to have moved to Greensboro, NC, after his retirement.
